Ring joint gaskets

Ring joint gaskets are used in high temperature and pressure sealing applications in the drilling , completion ,chemical and petrochemical industries .

STYLE R OVAL :

Style ‘R’ oval ring gaskets are used in old type flanges with round bottom grooves but can also be used in the newer type flanges with flat bottom grooves.

STYLE R OCTAGONAL :

Style' R' octagonal ring joint gaskets are used in newer type flanges with flat bottom grooves.

STYLE RX :

Style RX ring joint gaskets are a modified adaption of , and interchangeable with the standard style ‘R’ octagonal ring joint gaskets . the design of RX gasket utilizes the internal system pressure to crate high seating stress . the sealing efficiency improves as the pressure increases .

STYLE BX :

Style BX ring joint gaskets are pressure energized , square cross sectioned octagonal gaskets for use in API 6BX flanges in pressures up to 20,000 PSI

All BX gaskets have an equalizing hole which allows pressure to be balanced evenly . In all applications the hardness of the ring is less than the hardness of the flanges .

PROTECTIVE COATING

Soft Iron & Low Carbon Steel Ring Joint Gaskets are electroplated with Cadmium or Zinc plating alternative material coatings can also be supplied as per Customer requirement.
