Profile / Serrated Gaskets

Profile Gaskets consists of a Metal Core with concentric grooves on either side of the Sealing material . Core material is Soft iron , Stainless Steel ( 304 ,316 ,etc.) Aluminium , Silver Copper ,Titanium ,etc . Sealing layer materials are Graphite ,PTFE ,CAF , Non Asbestos & Silver .

These Gaskets reduce leakages and they will not damage the Flange surface . The Core material is re – usable and thus it reduces maintenance costs .

Plug Gaskets

Plug Gaskets are used in Plug type heat exchangers . We are manufacturing Plug Gaskets in Soft Iron , Carbon Steels (SA 350 , SA 105 ) , Stainless Steel ( 304 ,316 ,etc ) , Nickel & Nickel Alloys , Chromium Molybdenum Alloys ( F5 , F9 , F11, F12 etc .)
